Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen (14) days without giving any reason.
Please note that hair extensions are hygiene products. The extensions may be opened for inspection, but must not be removed from their original packaging or inserted into the hair. Items that have been worn or used cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
The withdrawal period is fourteen (14) days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the goods.

Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse you for all payments received from you, excluding delivery costs, without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen (14) days from the day on which we receive notice of your withdrawal.
For this reimbursement, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise; in no event will you be charged any fees for this repayment.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence that you have returned the goods—whichever is earlier.
You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen (14) days from the day on which you inform us of your withdrawal from this contract.
The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen (14) days has expired.
You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
