General Terms and Conditions (GTC)

§1 Scope and Definitions

 


(1) The following General Terms and Conditions apply to all deliveries between us and a consumer in the version valid at the time of the order.


(2) A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business or profession (Art. 2 (1) EU Directive 2011/83/EU; § 13 BGB).

 

 

 

§2 Conclusion of Contract and Storage of the Contract Text

 


(1) The following provisions apply to orders placed via our online shop at https://www.macopine.de.


(2) In the event of the conclusion of a contract, the contract is concluded with:

(3) The presentation of goods in our online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer by us, but merely an invitation to the consumer to place an order.

By ordering the desired goods, the consumer submits a binding offer to conclude a purchase contract.


(4) The order process comprises the following steps:

 

  1. Selection of the desired goods

  2. Confirmation by clicking the button “Order”

  3. Checking the items in the shopping cart

  4. Clicking the “Checkout” button

  5. Logging in to the online shop after registration and entering the login data (email address and password)

  6. Checking and, if necessary, correcting the entered data

  7. Binding submission of the order by clicking the “Buy now” or “Place order” button

 


Before submitting the order, the consumer may correct input errors or cancel the process at any time by closing the browser.

Upon receipt of an order, the consumer will receive an automatically generated email (“Order Confirmation”). With this confirmation, we accept the offer and the contract is concluded.


(5) We store the contract text and send you the order details and our GTC by email. You can access your past orders at any time in your customer account under “My Account → My Orders.”

 

 

 

§3 Prices, Shipping Costs, Payment, Due Date

 


(1) All prices stated include the statutory VAT and other price components. Additional shipping costs may apply.


(2) Payment options include:

Advance payment, direct debit, PayPal, or credit card (Visa, MasterCard).


(3) If advance payment is selected, the consumer undertakes to pay the purchase price immediately after conclusion of the contract.

 

 

 

§4 Delivery

 


(1) Unless otherwise stated in the product description, all items offered are ready for immediate shipment.

Delivery takes place within 1–4 business days.


The delivery period begins, in the case of prepayment, on the day after the payment order is issued to your bank, and for all other payment methods on the day after the contract is concluded.

If the delivery period ends on a Saturday, Sunday, or public holiday at the place of delivery, it shall end on the next business day.


(2) The risk of accidental loss or deterioration of the goods shall pass to the buyer only upon delivery of the goods to the customer, even in the case of shipment.

 

 

 

§5 Retention of Title

 


We retain ownership of the goods until the purchase price has been paid in full.

 

 

 

§6 Right of Withdrawal for Consumers

 


Consumers have the following right of withdrawal:

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen (14) days without giving any reason.


Please note that hair extensions are hygiene products. They may be opened for inspection, but must not be removed from their original packaging or inserted into the hair.


The withdrawal period is fourteen (14) days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the goods.


To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us

of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or email).

You may use the model withdrawal form provided below, but it is not obligatory.


 

Effects of Withdrawal

 


If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse you for all payments received from you, excluding delivery costs, without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen (14) days from the day on which we receive notice of your withdrawal.

We will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. You will not be charged any fees for this reimbursement.


We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is earlier.


You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen (14) days from the day on which you inform us of your withdrawal.

The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen (14) days has expired.


You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.


You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
